Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our AI-powered course generation platform. You will work directly with the CTO to build scalable APIs, optimize database performance, and ensure a seamless frontend experience for thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a VPS/Coolify environment.
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate generative models into the application.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of server-side logic and front-end performance optimization.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
